We hope you love what you've ordered!
All products are unique and produced only once ordered and because of this we only accept returns on faulty or defective merchandise. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with the tags still attached. If you experience the above problems, please contact us, and send us relative pictures for checking, once confirmed, we will provide return shipping information. Please allow 5-7 business days for this process.
However, we offer exchanges within 7 days of receipt of package for sizing issues.
How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
1. You have a max of 15 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 15 days after the purchase date. Any returns made after 15 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
